How Does the Extension Work?

Limited Access to Options to View Details Related to Specific Website.

On the Magento admin panel, the first tab dashboard shows the complete data related to lifetime sales, average order, and last orders. This data can be restricted as per the website owner by using the Advanced Admin wise Permissions extension.

Sales
The Sales tab on the Magento admin panel helps the admin to get the details related to the Orders, Invoices, Shipments and Credit Memos. This extension helps to filter/restrict the visibility of these details as per the website owner.

Limit Access To Orders
The admin can view the orders related to the associated website by choosing the store from the filters options.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Orders to Yes then the created User Roles will have access to the orders related to his website only.

Limit Access To Invoices
The invoices can be viewed and managed by the admin by selecting the required associated website.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Invoices and Transactions to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the invoices and transactions related to his website only.

Limit Access To Shipments
The admin has access to shipments details of the orders associated with all the website and can be viewed/managed as needed.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Shipments to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the shipments related to his website only.

Limit Access To Credit Memos
The admin has access to all the Credit Memos of the orders related to the website he is associated with.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Credit Memos to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the Credit Memos related to his website only.

Limit Access To Catalog Product
On Magento admin panel > Catalog > Products. Usually, the admin can view all the products of the websites he is associated with. And can filter the same to manage the products.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Catalog Product to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the Catalog Product related to his website only.

Limit Access To Catalog Price Rule
On Magento admin Panel under Marketing > Catalog Price Rule. Here the admin can view and manage the catalog price rule created for all the websites the admin is associated with the help of website selection option.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Catalog Price Rule to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the Catalog Price Rule related to his website only.

Limit Access To Cart Price Rule
On Magento admin panel, Marketing > Catalog Cart Price Rules. The admin has access to all the cart price rule which he is associated with and these rules can be managed and viewed by using the filter option.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Catalog Cart Price Rules to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the Catalog Cart Price Rules related to his website only.

Limit Access To CMS Pages
On Magento admin panel Content > Pages. The admin can have access to all the stores CMS Pages which he can view and manage form the filter option.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to CMS Page to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the CMS Pages related to his website only.

Limit Access To CMS Blocks
On Magento admin panel, Content > Blocks. The admin can view and manage the block of all the store to which he is linked with.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to CMS Blocks to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the Blocks related to his website only.

Limit Access To Category
On Magento admin panel, Catalog > Categories. The admin can view the list of all the categories associated with all websites.

However, if in Advanced Scope the admin has set the Limit the Access to Category to Yes then the User Roles will have access to the category related to his website only.
