1.Creating and Managing Warehouses:
- To create a new warehouse or to manage an existing warehouse on the Magento admin panel, click on Stores > Inventory > Sources
After click on sources this screen opens for add the sources :
On the sources screen, add Add new source
After the add details in new source -General, contact info and Address data click on save and continue.
After the Sources save:
2.For Managing stocks :
Click on Stores > Inventory > Manage Stock and Add stock :
Then, assign the sources, click on save and continue.
3.Transfer and Managing Products to source:
After creating source and managing the stock next steps is Transfer inventory to source :
Here are the steps for transfer products to source:
1.Select the products and Click on Transfer products to source
2. Click on Action button and Choose Transfer Inventory to source:
3. After that select sources :
Backend:
Products – Assign to source
1.Joust Duffle Bag – Singapore 2.Clamber Watch – Jaipur3.Cruise Dual Analog Watch- Delhi
On frontend: Customer Add these 3 products into the cart:
After proceed the checkout, only 3 orders will be created :
These orders are as per assign warehouse sources Delhi, Jaipur and Singapore.
