How Does the App Work?

The process starts with a Recruitment Request.Navigate to Recruitments ->Recruitment request;   Click on create to open the recruitment request form.

The recruitment request system has two flows. 

A. For the existing job position 

B. For the new job position

Step 1Create Recruitment Request for existing job position

  • In form there are various stages to track the recruitment request. These are – Draft, Refused, Approved, In Recruitment, Done 

Draft : Once the Recruitment Request is created it is in draft stage

Refused : If it is refused by the approve it will be in refused stage

Approved: If it is approved by the approver it will be in Approved stage

In Recruitment : If the recruitment has started it will be In Recruitment stage

Done : If the recruitment will be stopped it will be in Done stage 

  • The first flow is a recruitment request for an existing job position. In this process we have to fill the Existing job position Yes. Check image below
  • Save and Submit Requests to the Manager.
  • Now after saving the stage will be changed to Waiting for Approval. Here at this stage we cannot edit anything in this form. 
  • If there is any request from the same department that is already running the recruitment process it will show us a warning message.
  • In that case, we move to the job position and first we stop(Complete previous process) the process of the earlier request. Check the image below
  • Therefore, after this process, the new recruitment request will be approved. Check the image below for the process for the chief executive officer.
  • After the request approval  manager’s login when they click on Start Recruitment button a pop wizard will open and there we need to fill Responsible persons for this recruitment – Recruitment Responsible and HR Responsible
  • Once clicked on start the recruitment will begin.

Step 2 – Create Recruitment Request for new job position

  • The second flow is a recruitment request for a new job position. In this process we have to fill the Existing job position No. Check the image below.
  • After the user Submits to the respective manager as shown in the existing job position process.
  • Next manager has to approve this request. In Manager’s login when they click on Approve button a pop wizard will open and there we need to fill Responsible persons for this recruitment – Recruitment Responsible and HR Responsible
  • Once clicked on start the recruitment will begin and the stage will show In Recruitment.
  • Next the responsible person will open their login and check the Job Position Menu. In the below images we can see the data from recruitment requests will appear in job positions. Hr responsible, recruitment responsible and expected well. Also, the stage will be Recruitment in Progress.

When the both process is completed and set to done sas show in below image

Also, In both processes, the managers and officers screen they can check the number of applications for his created request and can see the number of people to hire for this job position.

Also, they can see how much percentage of the process is completed in Tree view.
