Step 1 – Set the Email Template 

• You can set your own email template and change the template under the menu Technical ->Templates.
• Open the Template “Payslip :Send to Employee and edit the email template as per your requirement.

Step 2 – Send employee payslip by the Email 

• Check the employee email id in the employee screen,Navigate to Employees ->Employees ->Open Employee form

• To Send the payslip by email ;Navigate to Payroll ->Employee Payslips->Create Employee Payslip
• We have added a button “Send by Email “ in employee payslips form. When the user clicks on this button payslip sends to the respective employee email address.

• With the help of “Re-send Email” button you can resend payslip again

• 

Step 3 – Send multiple payslips by one click

You can also send the payslip via email for multiple employees by clicking on the “Send payslips in Email “  button  from the employee payslips list view Action menu.

Step 4 – Payslip attachment in Email sent to employee

Employees can get  Payslip in pdf  format via Email.
