Build Connection between Odoo and Magento 

• Go to the Odoo Magento ->Configuration->Odoo Magento Instance.
• Click on New to create the connection.

• Go to Authenticate Tab; Add instance name, magento url,username, password,magento version, description and company name.
• Click on the Authentication button then the Authentication Successful message will show. 

Customer Configuration

• Go to -> Odoo Magento-> Configuration->Odoo magento instance
• Go to ->Customer ->Click on Get customer to get the customer from magento
• Go to ->Customer ->Click on Export Customers To magento to import the customer from Odoo and update on  magento server
•   Go to ->Customer ->Click on Import Customers Groups to Magento  to get the customer groups from magento 

• Users can check the imported customers under the Magento List ->Magento Customers

• Users can edit the customer details and it is auto update on magento server.

Product  Configuration

• Go to -> Odoo Magento-> Configuration->Odoo magento instance
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Get Product Attributes to get the product attributes from magento
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Import Product Categories to import products categories from magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Import Tax Rate to import tax rate from magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Import PriceList to import price list from magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Get Products to get products  from magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Get Configurable Products  to get configurable products  from magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Import Product Images  to get product images 
• from magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Export Product Attributes  to get product attribute products  from odoo and import to magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Export Product Categories  to get product categories   from odoo and import to magento  
• Go to ->Products ->Click on Export Product  to get products from odoo and import to magento  

• Users can check the imported products under the Magento List ->Magento Products

Order Configuration

• Go to -> Odoo Magento-> Configuration->Odoo magento instance
• Go to ->Order ->Click on Get Order to get the order  from magento
• Go to ->Order ->Click on Export Orders To magento to import the order from Odoo and update on  magento server.

• Users can check the imported orders under the Magento List ->Magento Orders

Invoice Configuration

• Go to -> Odoo Magento-> Configuration->Odoo magento instance
• Go to ->Invoice ->Click on Get Invoices to get the Invoice  from magento

• Users can check the imported invoices under the Magento List ->Magento Invoices

Logs 

• User can check the logs of import and export information under the logs menu 
• Partner Logs manage the partner or customer logs
• Order Logs manage the order logs
• Product Logs manage the product logs
• Invoice Logs manage the invoices logs
