Build Connection between Odoo and Zoho CRM

• Need to create the zoho client id and client secret.
• Go to https://api-console.zoho.com/  

• Add Client Name, Homepage URL and Authorised Redirect URLs
• Get the client id and client secret..

• Login into odoo admin panel
• Go to the Odoo Magento ->Configuration->Odoo Zoho CRM ConfigurationInstance.
• Click on “New” Button.
• Go to Authenticate Tab; Add instance name, client id,client secret and redirect url.

• Copy the code from the browser link.

• Paste the redirected code here and get the refresh token.

Customer Configuration

• Go to -> Odoo Zoho CRM-> Configuration->Odoo Zoho CRM Configuration 

• Go to ->Customer ->Click on Get Accounts/ Company  to get the company contacts from Zoho CRM

• Go to ->Customer ->Click on Export Accounts/ Company   to import the account company  from Odoo and update on zoho server.

• You can check imported Accounts/company  with help Zoho CRM List menu

•   Go to ->Customer ->Click on Get Customers  to get the customer  from Zoho CRM 
• You can check the imported customers under Zoho CRM List menu

Lead  Configuration

• Go to -> Odoo Zoho CRM-> Configuration->Odoo Zoho CRM Configuration
• Go to ->Leads ->Click on Get Leads  to get the leads from zoho crm
• Go to ->Leads ->Click on Export Leads  to get leads from odoo and import to zoho crm.

• Users can check the imported Leads under the Zoho CRM List ->Zoho Leads

Logs 

• User can check the logs of import and export information under the logs menu 
• Partner Logs manage the partner or customer logs
• Accounts/ Company Logs manage the order logs
• Leads Logs manage the Lead logs
