Configure Outgoing Email Server 

• Go to the Settings ->Activate the Developer mode.
• Go to Technical ->Email->Outgoing Email Servers.

• Add Description, smtp server,smtp port , select primary emails server true or false,select user name ,connection security , username(email) and password and save it.
• Click on Test connection button to test the connection 

• Configure outgoing email server for user 2 and save it.

Check Outgoing Email Server from User Login

• Login with user1.
• Create a new quotation and send the quotation by email to customer 

• Check the customer email account ; Email received  from user -1 ‘s email id.

• Login with user2.
• Create a new quotation and send the quotation by email to customer.

• Check the customer email account ; Email received  from user -1 ‘s email id.
