How Does the App Work?

Configuration Settings

  • Go to the Settings ->Inventory->Merge Delivery Order.
  • Select True to enable the feature.

  Merge Order 

  • Go to Inventory->Operations->Transfers
  • For merging delivery and picking  orders, you will have to select multiple orders displayed in the Transfers list view and go to the ‘Action’ tab to avail the Merge  feature.
  • After clicking on the Merge option a wizard will open as shown below,with some fields which have  automatically filled with related  information for selected merge orders.Click  on the “Merge” button to merge the records.
  • After Clicking on the Merge button selected records will be cancelled and a new merge record will be created.
  • System gives a warning message when you select records which are in different states and you can merge delivery records only which are in the same state i.e draft/waiting/ready.
  • You cannot merge records which are in cancelled state.
  • System gives you a warning message when you select records with  different partners for merge. As you can merge only those records which have the same partners.
  • Delivery Orders can be merge with same source and destination location otherwise it will give you warning message
  • You can merge records with the same picking type only.
