Backend Settings of the Extension

Enable the Extension

  • Navigate to Stores > Configuration > SunArc > Event Ticket System
  • Enable Ticket System: Choose Yes to enable the extension
  • Order Notification Email Template: This email is sent to the customer when the E-Tickets are purchased. Admin can preview or edit this template at Dashboard > Marketing > Email Templates.

Once the extension is installed and enabled, on the Magento admin panel an Event tab will be available from where the admin can add and manage the events of his website.

Add Event
In order to add a new event on Magento admin panel > Event > Add Event.

Another method to add new event is on the Magento admin panel > Catalog > Products > E-Tickets.

Here along with all the general details of the products main content which is related to the E-Ticket products needs to be filled in. In the Ticket, booking section mention the title of the event and description.

Next, is the workshop column where the further details of the event like event start and end timings, venue need to be filled.

Manage Events

To manage the created events, on Magento admin panel > Event > Manage Events. The admin can find the complete list of events at this page and can edit, change status(enable/disable) or delete the event easily from here.
