Enable the Extension

• Navigate to Stores > Configuration > Sunarc > Draft Order.
• Module Enable – Select “Yes” to enable the extension. Once the module is enabled on the Magento admin panel Draft Order option will be available.

• Custom Email Template – Here the admin can select the required email template which is needed to be sent to the customer whom he is sending the draft order.
• The admin can add as many email templates in the list which can be used to be sent to the customer. To add an email template in the list navigate to Marketing > Communication > Email Templates in Magento admin panel.

• With Add New Template option the admin can either add a new template or edit an existing one.
• Click on Save Config to save the details.

Note – Enable SMTP settings in the system in order to get the mail sent to the customer for the draft order created to be completed.
