Backend Settings of the Extension

Enable the Extension

1. On admin Panel go to Stores > Configuration > SunArc > Custom Order Number

2. Enable Custom Order Number: Set the tab to YES to enable the extension. 

3 In the admin configuration, two options are given if the admin wants to apply the same prefix and suffix to all orders, or he wants to differentiate it according to website, store, and customer group.

If the admin selects the first option i.e Apply on all orders. Then two text boxes for prefixes and suffixes in that same configuration will open.

If the admin selects the second option i.e According to Website, Store, and Customer grid then the admin has to save the prefix and suffix via ui- form that has been given in the admin.

Also, an admin grid has been made where the admin can track all the prefixes and suffixes of different websites, stores, and customer groups.

4. Prefix: Mention the Prefix required to be added to the order number. Suffix: Mention the Suffix required to be added to the order number Click on Save Config, to save the settings done.

By Customer Group,Store and Website 

To add the prefix and suffix  go to 

Admin Login >> Dashboard >> Sunarc >> Custom Order Number
This will open an admin grid where you can Track, Add, Edit, and Delete your prefix and Suffix according to your need.

Admin Grid to Manage all your prefixes and suffix.

(i) To add a new condition click on add new button .This will open a form. As shown in screenshots


2) Add new Prefix and Suffix according to a customer group, website, and store form.

3) Dropdown for currently enabled Customer Group.

4) Dropdown for currently enabled Website.

5) Dropdown for currently enabled Store.

Click on the save button.

II.) To Edit the saved Condition Click on Action >> Edit in the Custom Order Number Admin Grid. It will redirect to the edit form
