Step 1 – Check Lead Age
On odoo admin panel, Navigate to CRM > Pipelines
Lead Pipeline will be like the below image in your CRM. You can see the stages like New, Qualified, Proposition and Won. These are user dependent and might have different stage names.
Click on the lead and go to the form view of any lead. You will see a tab – ‘Lead Age Audit’. The tab tracks each leads day at a particular stage. When you are using prospects, then in this case when the prospect is converted to lead’s new stage, the age will be calculated on the basis of when the prospect was created and when the lead has been converted.
Step 2 – Check Lead Lifetime Report
On odoo admin panel, Navigate to CRM> Reporting >Lead Lifetime
You will see below report view with three different views – Pivot, Graph, List in reporting. The default is pivot view.
Below is the Graph View of Report
You can change between graph types and measures. Below is a Pie chart view
Below you can also see the list view in reports. Apply filters and get desired results or fine grain.
