Step 1 – Set Date of Birth Field

Date of Birth Field: You have to set Birthday of Customer /Vendor here in Contact’s View

Send Birthday Wish: Select true in the Send birthday wish field if you want to send birthday wishes to selected customers/vendors

Step 2- Scheduler Configuration

You can set the time as you wish for an email to be sent to Customer.

Go to Contacts ->Birthday Configuration ->Birthday Settings Add cron job action details.

 Start cron and apply the settings.

Step 3: Email Templates

This is how an Email will be generated to send greetings to Customers.

Go to Contacts ->Birthday Configuration -> Email Templates
