“Advanced Split Shipment” extension splits an order automatically into different shipments according to the number of items in the order along with the split conditions configured at the backend.

This extension can be used to split shipment as per the number of items in the order automatically along with attribute conditions. Therefore, it helps the store admin to maintain track of individual item shipment and other related information. The customer receives a single order id with multiple items but this extension splits the items into different shipments as per the given condition.

If the condition is set as default, the shipment will split as per the items in the order. If the condition is set as “split if attribute exists”   there will be two scenarios firstly if the order has selected attribute then the shipment will split as per the items in the order. Secondly, if the order does not have the selected attribute then the no shipment will be created. And, if the condition is set to “split according to attribute” then the order will split into two shipments. One shipment having the selected attribute items and the other shipment without the selected attribute.

As the order gets split into different shipments as per the number of items in the order it helps the admin to manage the delivery, refund or the cancellation process of an individual item which is a part of an order.
