After the extension is enabled 

 If we select Yes in the description field then the description box should be open and we can add the description, which will display at the front panel.

At Admin:

Here, the field “Apply Fee By” is available and we can select the fee type: Fixed/Percentage.

If we select the Fixed type then we can add the Fee value which will show at the front panel.

→ If we select the Percentage type then we can add the Fee Percentage value which will reflect at the front panel.
